Sunday August 30th MotoGp at Indy

We are currently offering ‘Best in House’ tickets and weekend passes to the Indianapolis Red Bull Grand Prix for MotoGP. This will be the 100 year anniversary of the first race ever run at the famed Brick Yard. This will be a historic event with MotoGP Motor Cycles running at over 200 miles and hour around the “New” Formula One race track at Indy. Our seats are the best in the house. Ferraris and Friends is a private weekend long celebration of special cars and the owners who are crazy about them! Ferrari is the featured marquee, but will involve up to 10 car clubs/groups and anyone with a unique/special vehicle. Tim Allen is sending in his 1966 Ferrari 330 GTC for this event. The weekend will evolve as follows:

Friday (4pm)

• Champagne Reception at Sycamore Hills Country Club (11836 Covington Rd. Fort Wayne, IN 46814)
• Ferraris will be parked strategically on the courses 17th Fairway for photo op. Heavy Hors d'ouvres and cash bar at the club.

Saturday (10am, earlier for 1st drive…tbd)

• Artisans Rods and Classics (815 Lawrence Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). Silent Auction with proceeds going to 3 local charities
• Autocross sponsored by FWSCCA (Location TBA)
• Planned drives for those who want to exercise their cars
• Day long tech sessions for each of the featured marquees
• Wine tasting/hors d'ouvres at Chops Steak/Seafood (Transportation provided via shuttle)
• Day long shuttle provided to Jefferson Pointe Mall and Shops for spouses/family in attendance with owners
• Evening dinner and live music at Artisans Rods & Classics

Sunday (10am)

• Golf event at Sycamore Hills CC. (Sycamore is a Top 100 US Course and a Jack Nicklaus design!)
• Coffee & Cars at DeBrands Fine Chocolate. (10105 Auburn Park Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46825)
• Ferraris and Friends have a block of rooms at the Downtown Hilton reserved at a discount. (See event website for details)
• The Hilton has covered parking and we will provide 24hr security in a separate area away from the general public.
• We have arranged offsite parking for those who wish to trailer in their vehicle. (Please contact Beth at bg@artisansrci for more information)
• FedEx Passport Transport has agreed to a discounted rate for those wishing to ship in a vehicle and travel separately.
