2010 Driving Season will begin soon (It's still snowing in Central Indiana but it will stop soon and that will signal the beginning of the Ferrari Driving Season) at least we hope so
It seems hard to believe with a foot of snow on the ground that the 2010 driving season is just around the corner but it will be here soon and we will officially announce our coming events for the 2010 season.
We had a great 2009 driving season that included several fun events and the National Meet at Road America thrown in. Speaking of Road America, We are working on a regional Ferrari Day at Road America for some time in 2010 but we are having availability issues so this may end up at Autoban instead, so keep an eye out.
We ended our season with a drive to the new Pete Dye Course on top of Mount Arie in Frenchlick Indiana. I don't believe that I am exagerating when I say that it is one of the most spectacular sites to have an event in the state of Indiana. Eveyone had a great time and the staff at Frenchlick did a wonderful job to make us all feel welcome. The food was outstanding and the views were breathtaking. I have some great photos from the event but I will have to figure out how to get them up on the site. Suffice to say you missed a good one if you did not attend.
We are looking into doing some joint events with other car clubs and to that end we will have our first event with the Jaguar Club on March 6th at 9:30 am
Automotive HammerArt Denny Jamison 50 D Gasoline Alley Indianpolis, IN 46222
See the event annoucement above for more details. If you have any other ideas or suggestions, just email me and I will try to make it happen.
Thanks to everyone that participated in our events last year and we look forward to seeing you all in 2010 driving season.
